Millefeuille (French 'thousand leaves') Another lovely cake from Bakerzin.
This cake has a portion of liquor,
however it's not very strong.
Alternating layers of puff pastry and custard.
The custard is very thick,
suitable for custard lovers.
According to mn's taste,
after mouthfuls of custard,
i don't feel sick of it.
A rather nice custard i have tried so far.
Price tag labelled as S$5.50.
Rated 4.0 sumptuous!
Remarks:
I had a hard time eating it, because it's difficult to cut into pieces due to the puff pastry. But still it's nice :)
